Our organisation is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide forms for subscribers and individuals to be involved in our events. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Our organisation uses Mailchimp for our email marketing platform and your information will be stored on our Mailchimp database as well.

We communicate with our site visitors through email only, for the purpose of: 1. Communicating about future events and initiatives 2. Providing important information about an event they have signed up for 3. Sharing updates about our organisation or ongoing events 4. Providing the opportunity to buy a product Visitors can unsubscribe at any time (link found at the bottom of an email campaign) or can email us to be removed from our mailing databases.
